摘要 桁梁薄壁件具有壁薄、材料去除率高等特点,大量材料去除后将引起内应力的再平衡,使得加工变形变得难以控制。基于Abaqus有限元仿真分析,建立桁梁薄壁件铣削加工的有限元仿真模型,优化装夹方案,对比不同特征结构加工顺序下桁梁薄壁件的变形大小,选择最优走刀策略,大大减少了桁梁薄壁件的加工变形。 Truss beam structure is characteristic of thin wall and high removal rate of the material. Redistribution of residual stress is needed,due to the mass material remoral,thus difficultly controlling the machining quality of the structure. This paper establishes a finite element model for the milling process by Abaqus and optimizes the fixture layout through the simulation analysis. And on the basis of the improved fixture layout,the optimized processing sequence is chosen in comparison among the processing sequences of different structures. Finally,the machining quality of the truss structures is improved greatly.
