摘要
为了快速计算线缆装配的工时定额,利用工作研究的方法,开发了计算机辅助工时定额系统。在工作研究方法中,首先将线缆装配整个过程按先后顺序分成几个工步,然后将线缆进行分类,并建立各线缆的计算模型。根据规则关联计算模型,实现机柜线缆装配工时的智能计算。经过实践验证,该方法可以快速、高效、准确的估算机柜线缆装配工时,为生产管理提供了可靠的基础数据。
To calculate the cable assembly man-hour quickly,the work study method is used to research on and develop the manhour quota system with the aid of computers.Firstly,the whole process of the cable assembly is divided into several parts,and the cables are classified,then the calculation model of each cable is established. According to different cables,each cable assembly man-hour for the cabinet is calculated. In the assembly plant,it is proven that this method can be used to quickly high-efficiently and accurately calculate the cable assembly man-hour. The reliable basic data is provided for the production management.
