摘要
针对牙刷表面注胶的质量检测,提出一种基于视觉的检测方法。采用条形光源给牙刷表面打光,由工业相机获取待检测的牙刷图像。将牙刷表面注胶图像从RGB彩色空间转化到HSV彩色空间,在HSV彩色空间中的H分量上进行图像分割以提取感兴趣区域,计算区域的面积及周长等特征并与标准值相比较,判断牙刷注胶合格与否。实验表明,该方法可检测牙刷注胶的表面缺胶和多胶等缺陷,效果良好。
An inspection method for the quality of surface rubber injection of toothbrushes based on machine vision is proposed. The strip light source is used to illuminate the surface of the toothbrush,then the toothbrush images are obtained using an industrial camera. In the image processing,the toothbrush images from the RGB color space are converted to the HSV color space,then the image segmentation operation is performed to get the region of interest in the H component of the HSV color space. By the comparison between the calculated value of the area and perimeter calculation of the region and the standard value,the toothbrush is determined to be qualified or not. Experiments show that this method can be used to efficiently inspect the defects.
