摘要
为克服轮式联合收割机在作业自动化、智能化方面的不足,提出了一种轮式联合收割机智能辅助操控系统设计方案,介绍了系统的软硬件设计。系统通过对收割机作业关键运行状态的采集与处理,实现对收割机作业过程的实时监测和执行机构的智能调节。该系统具有较高的实时性与精确性,工作稳定,人机交互友好,实现了智能辅助操控的设计目标。
Due to the lack of automation and intelligence of wheel combined harvester in the operation,this paper designs an intelligent auxiliary control system and introduces its hardware and software design. The real-time monitoring and intelligent adjustment are implemented in the operation process of the harvester,through acquiring and processing its state data. The system has the characteristics of high real-time monitoring,high accuracy,smooth operation and friendly human-computer interaction and achieves the design goal of the intelligent auxiliary control.
