摘要
介绍一种采用CCD摄像模块对传送轨道上动态传送的高低压开关零件标识面进行智能识别的方法;设计了标识面识别装置,包括CCD摄像模块摄像的识别窗口设定模块,零件进入识别窗口的到位检测模块,基于高斯拉普拉斯边缘处理的图像处理与输出模块,及标识面识别模块,可有效准确识别高低压开关零件,尤其是电触头、触点的正反面标识。
This paper introduces a kind of intelligent identification method in which the CCD camera module is used to transmit the identification surface of the part with high and low voltage switch and designs a surface identification device,including CCD camera module,camera recognition window setting module,detection module for putting the part into the identification window in place,image processing and output module based on Gauss Laplasse edge processing UR face recognition module,to effectively identify high voltage switch parts,especially electrical contacts and its positive and negative signs.
