摘要
针对10 t门座式起重机电气控制系统频发故障,存在严重安全隐患的问题,采用可编程控制器(PLC)替代传统的电气控制方式,以提高其电气控制系统的可靠性和稳定性,对原有的电动机采用无PG矢量控制变频器进行调速控制,实现电机的柔和启动和零速制定,以提高其安全性。
Because the hidden dangers exist in the electrical control system of 10 t portal crane,this paper uses the programmable logic controller( PLC) to replace the traditional electric controller,in order to improve the reliability and stability of the electric control system. Also,PG vector control frequency converter is adopted in the motor of the original machine to control the speed and implement the motor soft starting and zero speed,in order to improve its safety.
