基于CSRB的含点蚀损伤船体梁极限强度研究 被引量:1

摘要 文中研究了腐蚀如何影响船体梁总纵极限强度.分析了一整艘完整新船(散货船)的中垂、中拱极限强度,与文献研究结果对比验证了方法的准确性;同时计算了基于散货船共同规范(CSRB)腐蚀余量选取的船体梁总纵极限强度,以及与CSRB中各构件腐蚀体积相同的均布点蚀船体梁总纵极限强度.比较得到相同腐蚀体积下,点蚀比均布腐蚀下船体梁极限强度小,更偏于危险.并分析了腐蚀对船体梁中垂、中拱极限强度的影响与船体梁横剖面最小面积,甲板、船底板最小剖面模数之间的关系. The effects of corrosion on the longitudinal ultimate strength of ship hull girders were studied in this paper.The ultimate strengths of a new bulk cargo ship in sagging and hogging were analyzed and the accuracy of the method was verified through the comparison with the results of literature.Meanwhile,the longitudinal ultimate strength of ship hull girder with the corrosion allowance based on CSRB selection rules was calculated.And the longitudinal ultimate strength of ship hull girder with the uniform pitting volume as CSRB was also calculated.Under the same corrosion volume,it is found that the ultimate strength of ship hull girder with pitting corrosion is smaller than that of uniform corrosion.The relationships between the effects of corrosion on the sagging and hogging ultimate strengths of ship hull girder and the minimum cross section area as well as the minimum section modulus of deck and the bottom plates were also analyzed.
