摘要
为了解不同船用铝合金板架在砰击载荷作用的抗砰击能力,运用PATRAN/NSTRAN对两种船用铝合金板架进行瞬态动力响应分析,并对复杂的砰击载荷进行简化处理,以纵骨架式板架为研究对象,分析了其在简化砰击载荷作用下的结构响应,并与真实载荷作用下的响应进行比较.结果表明,材料质量相近的情况下,与横骨架式板架相比,纵骨架式板架受砰击载荷影响较小;基于若干关键点简化可以作为复杂砰击载荷的一种简化方法;载荷峰值是影响响应峰值的主要因素,在实际航行中应减少在恶劣海况下的航行次数,以减轻砰击对船体结构造成的损害.
In order to analyze the slamming resistance of different marine aluminum alloy frames,the transient dynamic response analysis of two kinds of marine aluminum alloy frames were analyzed by PATRAN/NSTRAN.Moreover,the complex slamming loads were simplified,then the structural response of the longitudinal framing under the simplified slamming loads was analyzed and compared with the response results in actual loads.The results show that the longitudinal frame is less affected by the slamming loads compared with the horizontal frame under the similar material weight.The simplified method based on some critical points can be used as a simplified method for complex slamming loads.The peak load is the main factor affecting the peak response.In the actual navigation,the number of voyages under adverse sea conditions should be reduced to mitigate damage caused by slamming on the hull structure.
