摘要
结合小型全垫升气垫船传动系统特点,介绍了空气螺旋桨变距机构结构形式,从强度校核、轴承设置、同步带选型及回旋振动计算等方面阐述了推进轴系设计方法和特点,对后续气垫船推进系统设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
The configuration of the pitch control mechanism of the air propeller is introduced together with the characteristics of the driving system for a small hovercraft. This paper introduces the design procedure of the propulsion shafting system from several aspects, such as the strength verification, bear installation, selection of synchronous belt, and the whirling vibration calculation. It can provide reference for the design of the hovercraft propulsion system in future.
