摘要
分析了纺丝单体对PE/PA6皮芯型FDY的影响。在保持现有稳定生产工艺条件的前提下,主要通过聚乙烯的共混改性及单体抽吸系统的改进,大大降低了单体的产生并能有效地抽走大部分纺丝单体,增强了PE/PA6的可纺性,延长了喷丝板使用周期,同时保证了产品的质量,提高了经济效益。
The influence of PE/PA6 sheath-core FDY was analyzed. Under the premise of maintaining the existing stable production process conditions, mainly through the polyethylene blend modification and improvement of monomer suction system, could greatly reduce the monomer production, effectively pump out most of the spinning monomer, enhance PE/PA6 spinnability, extend cycle of spinneret life, ensure the quality of product and improve the economic efficiency.
