摘要
阐述了涤锦复合桔瓣超细纤维的纺丝、加弹、开纤及染色的生产工艺过程及主要参数的控制。探讨了开纤的影响因素和保证开纤均匀性的因素。
The article illustrates the production process and mainly controls parameters of spinning, texturing,splitting and dyeing of PET/PA6 composite separating style ultra-fine fiber. It also discusses the influencing factors of fiber splitting and the factors ensuring the uniformity of fiber splitting.
