高校的利益相关者众多,法律法规、政府、市场、中介组织也对高校有不同程度的影响,这些因素构成了高校的治理环境。本文在分析地方本科高校治理环境及其困境的基础上,通过创新治理路径,推进地方本科高校治理环境的优化。

bThere are many stakeholders in university,including of laws and regulations,government,market and intermediary organizations,which constitute the governance environment. On the basis of analyzing the governance environment and the predicament of local undergraduate colleges and universities,this paper promotes the optimization of the governance environment of local universities through the path of innovative governance.
