针对秦皇岛港内某取料机行走过程中出现的脱轨掉道故障,分析了取料机的受力状况,提出了顶升和复位胎具合二为一,利用皮带机基础和结构,对整机进行顶升平移复位的解决方案。该方法工装制作安装简单,可缩短维修时间,降低施工成本。

Aiming at the breakdown of a reclaimer＇s derailment and deviation during its walk on Qinhuangdao port,by analyzing the force condition of the reclaimer,a solution is proposed that jacking and restoration moulds are merged with one another and the whole machine is jacked,translated and restored based on the belt conveyer＇s infrastructure. It is found that this tool is easy to install,can shorten the maintenance time and lower construction cost.
