文章结合柳州国际化语言环境建设的必要性、紧迫性以及地缘性等特点,研究柳州国际化语言环境建设的现状、方针以及思路:以体系双向性、类型多元化、保障系统性为指导方针,按照对接普适性需求、发挥地缘性优势、强化规范性原则,形成彰显特色性魅力"四位一体"构建模式。

This paper researches the status quo, principles and ideas of international language environment construction of Liuzhou city based on the connotation and characteristics of it and combines the necessity, urgency and geopolitical characteristics of Liuzhou international language environment construction. That is, guided by system bidirectional, type diversity, guarantee systematicness and in accordance with the meet the universality requirements, take the geographical advantages, and strengthen the normalizative principle, form the characteristic charm ＂ four-in-one＂ building model to comprehensively enhance the influence, competitive power and radiating power of Liuzhou and speed up making the important regional center for international exchanges based on Guangxi and facing the association of south-east Asian nations（asean）.
