政治哲学视域下的精准扶贫之思想扶贫初探——基于对贵州省贞丰县扶贫调查的思考

在中国特色社会主义进入新时代之际,作为"十三五"期间的第一民生工程来抓的脱贫攻坚取得了决定性进展,但精准扶贫过程中出现的思想问题亟待解决。为了实现长期性脱贫与彻底阻断贫困的代际传递,思想扶贫势在必行。始终将政治哲学中平等与责任理论贯穿于精准扶贫工作中,是为精准扶贫持续健康开展保驾护航的思想保障。在保证平等作为思想扶贫的首要价值的同时,更加强调贫困群众第一责任人的身份,企业有责任在追求经济效益的同时为脱贫攻坚做出力所能及的贡献,强化政府作为打赢脱贫攻坚战最强有力的保障作用。

We should guarantee equality as the primary value in the Ideological Poverty Alleviation. At the same time, it is necessary that emphasizing responsibility on the poor people, they are the most important the person in charge. Enterprises have responsibility for the poverty alleviation works when they pursuit economic efficiency.
