The Exploration of the Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship in Logistics Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Huishang Vocational College as an Example

以徽商职业学院物流管理专业国家级现代学徒制试点工作的实施为例,探索现代学徒制的运行机制,提出要成立现代学徒制试点工作领导小组,学校、企业、学生签订三方协议,并建立相应的现代学徒制管理制度。现代学徒制必须依靠政策引导、经费投入、师资培养等多方面的协调才能保证顺利实施。

By taking the implementation of the modern national apprenticeship pilot project of logistics management major of Huishang vocational college as an example, the author explores the operating mechanism of modern apprenticeship, and proposes suggestions to set up a leading group for modern apprenticeship pilot work,sign tripartite agreements among schools, enterprises, and students, establish a corresponding modern apprenticeship management system. the author also emphasizes that modern apprenticeship must rely on coordination policy guidance, funds input, teacher training to ensure the smooth implementation.
