为助力全面决胜小康社会的伟大实践,探讨了中国特色社会主义文化的一个亚文化方面,即帮扶文化。通过分析不同时期的社会状况,揭示出帮扶文化产生和发展的历史逻辑,进而在新时代这一全新的时代背景和中国特色社会主义文化这一广博的文化视域下把握帮扶文化的基本内涵。帮扶文化的发展大体可表现为:传统社会下"仁爱"观的价值论,近代至改革前夕实现共产主义理想的目的论,建设小康社会时期以经济帮扶为主的方法论,中国特色社会主义新时代下全面、精准帮扶的战略布局。这种过程深刻反映出了文化时代性与继承性的动态统一,充分展现了中国特色社会主义文化的历史逻辑。

In order to promote the great practice of winning a well-off society in a comprehensive way,we have explored the subculture of Chinese characteristic socialist culture,namely,the help culture.
