Study into Innovation with Inner-Party Inspection Mechanism from the Perspective of Comprehensive and Strict Administration of the Party

十八大以来,党中央注重巡视制度创新对落实全面从严治党的治党新要求起到了重要作用。党内巡视制度创新具有深刻的时代内涵,它既是增强党内监督的必然选择,也是推进全面从严治党的重要保障,更为党内其他制度创新提供了宝贵经验。党内巡视制度在内容与范围、方式与方法、体制与机制上的创新举措,保障了巡视工作的有效开展,其基本经验是:坚持政治性与有效性相统一、当前任务与长远目标相结合、以问题为导向与依法依规治党相融合。

A ttention paid to the innovation with the mechanism for inspection since the 18th CPC National Congress has played a very important role in the implementation of new requirements for comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. Innovation with the mechanism for inner-Party inspection is distinctively characterized by connotations of the time, it being an inevitable choice for enhancing inner-Party supervision, and a guarantee of mechanism for promoting comprehensive and strict administration of the Party as well, and it furthermore provides experience for innovation with other mechanisms within the Party. Innovations with inner-Party supervision mechanism from such perspectives as the content and sphere, means and methods, the system and mechanism safeguard the effective exercise of inspection, whose basic achievements can be found in the insistence of the unity of political nature and effectiveness, the combination of present tasks and long-term goals, and the integration of problem orientation and the administration of the Party by laws and regulations.
