中国高等工程教育模式实践变革中的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Practice Reform of Chinese Higher Engineering Education Model

中国高等工程教育模式的实践变革是提高高水平工程技术人才创新培养质量的重要手段之一。分析中国高等工程教育模式三十年实践变革的现状,指出现存的矛盾问题,借鉴国外高等工程教育模式培养的实践经验,提出中国工程教育实践中的对策建议,以期进一步完善我国工程教育模式,保障工程技术人才培养质量,适应经济社会的发展、产业的转型及科技的创新,推动中国高等工程教育体系适时调整,并满足社会发展需求。

The practice change of Chinese higher engineering education mode is one of the important means to improve the quality of cultivating high-level engineering and technical talents. This paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese higher engineering education model after the past 30 years＇ practice reform,points out the existing contradictory problems,draws lessons from the practical experience of foreign advanced engineering education mode,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in the practice of engineering education in China in order to further improve China＇s engineering education mode,protect the quality of engineering and technical personnel training,adapt to economic and social development,industrial restructuring and technological innovation,promote the timely adjustment of China＇s higher education system,and meet the needs of social development.
