社会工作介入高校学生管理工作的路径——以东莞理工学院为例

Approaches of Integrating Social Work into College Student Management Work——Based on the Cases of Dongguan University of Technology

梳理当前高校学生管理工作中存在的问题,立足社会工作与学生管理工作在工作目标上的一致性、理念方法的可借鉴性、人员在学生管理队伍的补充意义和校内外资源链接整合方面的优势,分析社会工作介入高校学生管理工作的可行性与价值,并在实践基础上提出社会工作介入高校学生管理工作的有效路径,以期对创新高校学生管理工作提供参考。

This paper sums up the existing problems in college student management work and based on the advantages of social work in its similarity to college student management work in objective,reference of ideas and methods,the supplement of staff in college student management work and the resource integration on and off campus,analyzes the feasibility and value of integrating social work into college student management work. Based on the practice,this article puts forward some effective approaches of integrating social work into college student management work in order to provide reference for the innovation of college student management work.
