高校艺术类教师专业发展的路径研究

Research on the Development Path of University Art Teachers' Professional Development

高校艺术教师的专业水平直接影响整体艺术教育的质量及院校的发展,而艺术教师的专业发展是各大高校中的重要培训内容。随着时代的发展和社会的进步,高校艺术教师亟须与时俱进,在实际教学中不断转变自身观念与方法,严格要求自我,拓展视野、丰富自身知识体系,促进自我专业发展。针对高校艺术教师团队中的美术教师的专业发展展开讨论,首先分析当前高校艺术教师专业发展现状,以及其专业发展的实际需求,并从积极学习专业理论、善于进行教学反思、全面开展教学探究、认真落实教师评价四个维度,提出了高校艺术教师专业发展有效路径。

University art teachers＇ professional competence has a direct influence on the quality of art education and university development and art teachers＇ professional development is a key training component of each university. With the development of the times and social progress,it is imperative that university art teachers keep up with the times,constantly transform concepts and approaches in the actual teaching,be strict with themselves,broaden their horizons,and enrich their knowledge system to promote their professional development. This paper discusses the professional development of university fine arts teachers in the teaching staff,analyzes the current status of university art teachers＇ professional development,the actual needs of their professional development,and puts forward the effective path of university art teachers＇ professional development from actively learning the professional theory,good teaching reflection,comprehensively implementing teaching exploration and conscientiously conducting teaching assessment these four dimensions.
