新常态下辅导员在高校精准扶贫工作中的角色与对策

The Role and Strategies of Counselors in the Work of Proper Poverty Alleviation in Universities under the New Normal

在中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会上,习近平总书记指出要深入开展脱贫攻坚,促进全体人民共同富裕,要健全学生资助制度,坚持精准扶贫、精准脱贫。为贯彻落实国家"精准扶贫"的要求,在深刻领会"高校精准扶贫"的重要内涵的基础上,结合高校辅导员在高校精准扶贫工作中的重要性,总结出辅导员在其中的角色定位并提出"认定+资助""班集体+党支部""监管+引导""心理咨询+社会工作"的工作对策,从实践层面透析高校精准扶贫工作中辅导员的重要角色及工作意义。

At the 19 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to alleviate poverty thoroughly,promote the common prosperity of all the people,improve the system of student subsidies,and stick to precise poverty alleviation and precise poverty elimination. In order to implement the requirement of ＂precise poverty alleviation＂in our country and profoundly understand the important connotation of＂precise poverty alleviation in colleges and universities＂,this paper,combined with the importance of college counselors in the precise poverty alleviation work in colleges and universities,summarizes the role orientation of counselors and proposes corresponding countermeasures such as ＂identification and subsidization＂,＂supervision and guidance＂,＂class and party branches＂and ＂psychological consultation and social work＂so as to analyze the important role of counselors and their significance in precise poverty alleviation in colleges and universities from practical aspects.
