摘要
辩论式教学法将辩论引入教学,将教学融入辩论,通过辩论的形式组织教学的内容,通过辩论的方法实现教学的目的。辩论式教学在训练言论自由行使方式、培养辩论技能和素养、提升综合知识运用能力、优化师生平等互动关系等方面具有重要的价值意义。在法理学课程中组织和应用辩论式教学,在辩题设计、辩论准备、正式辩论、辩论评议等环节中,既要尊重辩论的原理与应用机制,又要尊重课程特点和教学规律。
The debating teaching method introduces debate into teaching,integrates teaching into debate,organizes the content of teaching through the form of debate,and achieves the purpose of teaching through the method of debate. Debating teaching plays an important role in training the freedom of speech,cultivating the skills of debate,improving the ability of using comprehensive knowledge,optimizing the equal interaction between teachers and students. As for organizing and applying debate teaching in jurisprudence course,in the process of debate topic design,debate preparation,formal debate and debate appraisal,we should not only respect the basic law and application mechanism of debate,but also the characteristics of this course and the law of teaching.
