提升高校学生思想政治教育质量有效形式研究

在网络覆盖面逐渐扩展,各项科学技术不断升级的背景下,高校学生所面对的环境变得更加复杂,思想受到更多的困扰,这是目前高校学生思想政治教育工作能否有效开展的关键。作为一名高校思想政治教育工作者,必须关注这一现实情况,在开展思想政治教育工作的过程中,分析这一工作当前所处的状态,当前高校学生思想政治教育工作处于一种什么样的状态,取得了什么样的成绩,同时又存在哪些缺陷,隐藏哪些不足。在此基础上,针对我国高校学生思想政治教育工作人员应该如何解决这些问题,提出相应的对策,从而为我国高校学生思想政治教育工作质量的提升提供一定的帮助,促使这一活动效果的改善和学生整体素质的提升,让学生都成长为更有素质的接班人。

With the influence of the Internet expanding and the upgrade of science and technology,universities are faced with a more complicated environment and more troubles in ideology,which is a key factor determining the effective implementation of university ideological and political education. University ideological and political education workers must pay close attention to the reality of the situation,and in the process of carrying out ideological and political education,analyze the current status of this work,the current ideological and political education of college students,the achievements,defects,and hidden problems. On this basis,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how university ideological and political education workers can solve these problems so as to provide some help for the quality improvement of the ideological and political education of college students in our country,enhance the effect of this activity and students＇ overall quality,and let students grow into more qualified successors.
