摘要
中央新颁布的《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》,对干部选拔任用工作提出了新的要求。落实中央精神,深入了解当前高校领导干部选拔任用中的情况和问题,防控高校领导干部选拔任用廉政风险,有效预防选人用人不正之风和腐败问题意义重大。因此,结合问卷调查,系统总结当前高校干部选拔任用工作的特点,深入剖析存在的问题和廉政风险,提出了构建高校领导干部选拔任用廉政风险防控机制的意见建议。
The newly promulgated"Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Party and Government Leading Cadres"has put forward new requirements for the selection and appointment of leading cadres. It is of great significance to implement the spirit of the central government,probe into the situation and problems in the selection and appointment of university cadres,prevent and control the integrity risk in leading university cadres' selection and appointment,and effectively prevent the unhealthy practices and corruption.So this article,based on a questionnaire survey,researches the current characteristics of the selection and appointment of university cadres,probes into the existing problems and integrity risk and puts forward opinions and suggestions for the construction of the mechanism of preventing and controlling the integrity risk in leading university cadres' selection and appointment.
