摘要 氧气的调度优化是现代钢铁企业实现节能减排的有效途径之一。但是由于钢铁生产的环境复杂,网络性能要求苛刻,传输干扰因素多等问题,导致钢铁企业信息化程度低,难以实现生产的流程透明化。因而提出了一种基于Wireless HART的实时数据采集传输工业无线传感技术,利用Wireless HART可靠性和实时性对氧气调度系统的数据实时采集,实时调度反馈,从而为钢铁企业实现氧气系统从传统的人工周期性调度向动态的智能化调度的转变。 The optimization of oxygen scheduling is one of the effective ways for enterprises to achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction. However, due to the complex environment of iron and steel enterprises, network performance requirements, transmission interference factors and other problems. the information level of iron and steel enterprises is low, and it is difficult to realize process transparency of production. so a wireless sensor technology based on Wireless HART for real-time data acquisition and transmission is proposed. The real-time data collection and real-time feedback of the oxygen dispatching system are realized by using Wireless HART reliability and real-time, so as to transform the traditional artificial periodic scheduling of the oxygen system in the iron and steel industry to the real-time intelligent dynamic scheduling.
