摘要
对于快时尚供应链来说,价格实惠是最重要的要求。以往的研究主要是通过降低生产部门的成本来达到供应链总成本最少的目的,却忽略了销售部门的成本。论文将研究在快时尚供应链流程中,不同的CODP定位点对这两个部门成本造成的影响,并以供应链总成本最优为原则,建立CODP的定位模型。通过Mathematica9.0对模型进行仿真计算,得到不同CODP处的各个成本以及供应链总成本。仿真结果表明在综合考虑生产部门和销售部门成本的情况下,适当降低销售部门的成本虽然可能导致生产部门成本增加,但可使供应链总成本最小,验证了该模型的有效性和可行性。
For fast fashion supply chain, the price is the most important requirement. Previous studies have largely reduced the cost of the production department to minimize the total cost of the supply chain, but they neglected the cost of the sales department. The paper will study the impact of different CODP positioning on the cost of these two departments in the fast fashion supply chain process, and establish the positioning model of CODP based on the principle of the optimal supply chain cost. The model is simulated by Mathematica 9.0, and the cost of each CODP and the total cost of supply chain are obtained. The simulation results show that considering the production department and the sales department cost, appropriate to reduce the sales department although the cost of production department may lead to increased costs, but to minimize the total cost of the supply chain, to verify the feasibility and validity of the model.
