摘要
为快速有效准确地解决上海市水务海洋热线反映的众多民生问题,结合热线工作实际,充分运用协同业务流程技术、消息中间件技术、GIS技术和移动微信等技术,构建了一套具有热线处理、管理考核、知识库、移动办公等功能为一体的上海市水务海洋热线一体化服务平台。实践证明:它是上海市"智慧水网"的典型应用,能为水务海洋精细化管理和智能化服务提供有意义的借鉴。
In order to quickly and effectively solve the problems of many people's livelihood reflected by the Shanghai water and ocean hotline, combining with the work, we have made full use of the technology of information-based collaborative business process technology, message middleware technology, GIS technology and mobile We Chat to construct a set of integrated service platform of Shanghai water and ocean service hotline with the functions of hot-line processing, management assessment, knowledge base and mobile office. It has been proved by practice that it is a typical application of Shanghai "intelligent water network", which can be used to provide reference for the fine management and intelligent service of water affairs.
