基于用户负荷的防窃电研究

摘要 经济社会的进步使得企业用电量在逐年增加,个别企业受利益驱使非法用电.用户的非法用电不仅让供电企业蒙受巨大的经济损失,也严重影响了用户的用电安全.随着科学技术的发展,窃电手法也由野蛮窃电发展到窃电设备专业、窃电行为隐蔽、电管人员不易查处的高科技窃电,给反窃电工作的正常进行加大的难度.近年来,智能电表的普及和计量自动化主站的投入运行,电网公司可以实时收集海量用户的用电行为数据并且也积累了用户用电的海量数据.基于此,本文提出-种基于用户负荷的防窃电方法,对用户的负荷曲线进行分析.经验证,该方法较现有的防窃电方法可以更好的缩小异常用电检查范围,提升用电检查的效率和准确性,降低窃电损失. The progress of economy and society makes the enterprise electricity consumption increased year by year, individual enterprises driven by the interests of the illegal use of electricity. The illegal use of electric power supply enterprises not only make huge economic losses of users, but also seriously affected the safe use of electricity users. With the development of science and technology, but also by the brutal electricitystealing electricity develop-ment to professional equipment theft. Acts of stealing hidden, tube staff is not easy to investigate high-tech anti stealing electric larceny, to work to increase the difficulty of investment. In recent years, the popularity of smart meters and measurement automation operation, the Power Grid Corp to collect real-time massive user behavior data and electricity users also accumulated massive data based on this power. In this paper, a method for preventing elec-tricity stealing user load based on the load data to users to analyze continuous refinement. After verification, It is proved that this method can reduce the scope of abnormal electricity consumption better, improve the efficiency and accuracy of the electricity inspection, and reduce the theft loss.
