摘要
常规滤芯式过滤装置,在使用中存在生产效率低、洗涤效果不理想等问题。利用TRIZ理论,通过根原因分析,根据问题出现的条件和时间、现有解决方案及其缺点,提出了对新系统的要求,开展问题分析,得到问题的最终解,在常规滤芯式过滤装置的基础上,优化设计了翻转式洗涤过滤干燥一体机。
For the traditional filter-type filtration device, there are problems such as lower production efficiency and unsatisfactory washing effect. Utilizing TRIZ theory, condition and time of problems appear, and existed solutions and features, requirements to the new system are proposed based on root reason analysis. Final solution is obtained by carrying out problem analysis. A flip-type washing/filtration/drying integrative device is designed according to the traditional filter-type filtration device.
