区域中心城市主城区众创空间建设的问题与对策——以常州市钟楼区为例

Problems and countermeasures of the construction of co-makerspace in the main urban areas of regional central cities:taking Zhonglou district of Changzhou city as an example

文章以长三角区域中心城市常州市的主城区钟楼区为例,通过调查研究分析众创空间的发展现状,梳理了其发展中存在的问题。研究发现,钟楼区众创空间建设紧密结合当地资源条件,推动了楼宇经济升级,并已初具规模。但也存在核心要素缺乏、运行绩效尚待观察以及盈利模式不明确等问题。据此,文章从加强平台建设、人才引进、优化服务等方面提出了相关对策建议。

Taking the Zhonglou district of the downtown of Changzhou,the central city of the Yangtze River Delta as an example,the present situation of the development of the co-makerspace is analyzed,and the problems in its development are combed.The study found that the building of co-makerspace in Zhonglou district was closely combined with local resource conditions,which promoted the upgrading of the building economy and had begun to take shape.But there are also problems such as lack of core elements,operational performance and unclear profit pattern.Accordingly,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from aspects of strengthening platform construction,introducing talents and optimizing services.
