摘要 伴随经济社会发展,现代人力资源管理面临着诸多挑战与机遇。"互联网+"不仅改变了员工的认知模式与行为特征,而且改变了人力资源管理现有的方法和工具。当前人力资源管理实践中存在人才供需失衡、信息沟通不畅、考核不科学、薪酬刚性等突出问题。而随着"互联网+"技术的不断融入,共享型零工经济、小团队运营、科学薪酬体系构建、移动化培训等逐渐成为人力资源管理发展趋势,为有效"选拔人、管理人、发展人"提供了有益指导。 Along with the rapid development of economic society,the modern human resource management faces many opportunities and challenges.The aspect of "Internet +" has not only changed the cognitive model or behavioral characteristics of employees,but also changed the current methods and tools of human resource management.There are some noticeable problems nowadays such as the unbalance of talent's demand and supply,poor communication,unscientific assessment,inflexible salary in human resource management.While,with the constant integration of"Internet+" technology,the trend of human resource management has gradually changed.This trend has become more focused on shared part-time economy,small team operation,reasonable salary system construction,training mobility,which offers beneficial guidance for sufficient "select,manage,develop talents".
