金银花活性成分及其产品开发研究进展

Research progress on active components in honeysuckle and development of its products

金银花的活性成分种类丰富,主要包含挥发油、黄酮类、有机酸及多糖等,具有抗氧化、降血糖、调节免疫等功效,广泛应用于医药、保健食品和日用品等的研发。文章综述了金银花功能活性成分及其相关产品开发方面的研究成果,以期为金银花资源的综合深入研究与利用提供参考。

Honeysuckle has abundant active ingredients,including volatile oils,flavonoids,organic acids and polysaccharides as the main components,which has anti-oxidation,blood sugar-lowering hypoglycemic,and immunityadjusting effects.Honeysuckle is widely used in the research and development of medicines,health food and daily necessities.In this paper,we reviewed the functional components and products development of honeysuckle in order to provide references for the further researches and utilizations of this plant resource.
