Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the electronic reading room of the university library, thispaper expounds the goal that the intensive management mode electronic reading room will be constructed. What＇smore, this paper designs the network structure of the construction scheme, and emphatically explains the twotechniques used in the architecture. Finally, it summarizes the advantages and characteristics of the construction of thescheme.
