Pattern and strategy to improve the quality of urban construction management:thinking of the transition of regulatory reform

现代城市富含当下的时代色彩,在视角控制下要求各元素的体现色彩感、空间感,并对城市公共环境、建筑空间环境的系统起到引导和管控作用。据此,文章通过分析城市设计导则的概念、编制,以及它与控规、建筑设计的衔接等,去探索提升城市建设品质管理的模式,并举例说明在转型期控规改革的思考下的方案效果,以期实现城市建设品质不断提升的目的。

As the reflection of the present era, the factors of the modern cities are asked to show the colour sense andthe space sense under the angle of view control, which guides the urban public environment and construction spaceenvironment. Based on this, taking thinking the transition of regulatory reform, through the analysis of the definition,establishment and linking up, this paper explores the mode to improve the quality management of the city constructionin order to achieve the purpose of improving the urban construction quality.
