摘要
LED灯具作为新一代光源被广泛应用,但由于其实际寿命远低于理论寿命而被诟病。文章介绍了恒定应力及阶梯应力加速老化测试下的LED寿命研究进展,及对LED灯具的失效分析。
As a new generation of light sources , LED lamps are widely used , but their actual life span is far shorter than their theoretical life span. This paper introduces the research progress of life span of LED under a constant stress and step stress acceler-ated aging test, and makes the failure analysis of LED lamps.
