摘要 基于正交试验的方法对某型号数控插齿机驱动箱进行轻量化设计。确定以驱动箱传动系统中输入轴、中间轴各轴段的直径和一对啮合直齿轮的齿宽系数为设计参数,在满足各零部件强度要求下以体积最小为优化目标。在对轴及齿轮强度校核时运用了动力学分析软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS相结合的方法,通过对试验结果进行极差分析表明:中间轴直径参数对驱动箱体积变化影响最明显,选取了一组最优化组合参数来设计驱动箱。 Based on the method of orthogonal test, the light weight design of the drive box of a numerical control gear shaper is carried out. The diameters of the input shaft and the intermediate shaft in the drive box drive system and the tooth width coefficient of a pair of meshing spur gears are taken as the design parameters, and the minimum volume is taken as the optimization objective under the condition of satisfying the strength requirements of the components. The dynamic analysis software ADAMS and the finite element analysis software ANSYS are used to check the strength of the shaft and gear. The range analysis of the test results shows that the diameter parameters of the intermediate shaft have the most obvious influence on the volume change of the drive box. A set of optimal combination parameters is selected to design the drive box.
