摘要
文章就钣金件应力集中有限元分析与优化进行研究,首先就钣金件及钣金件应力集中进行分析,然后阐述钣金件优化设计的理论依据,最后通过构建优化模型和数值仿真分析,对钣金件应力集中进行有限元分析,并且对钣金件的刚度进行优化,从而提高钣金件的应用水平。
In this paper, the finite element analysis and optimization of stress concentration of sheet metal parts are studied. Firstly, the stress concentration of sheet metal parts and sheet metal parts are analyzed, then the theoretical basis of the optimum de-sign of sheet metal parts is expounded. Finally, the optimization model and numerical simulation analysis are constructed. The stress concentration of sheet metal is analyzed by finite element method, and the stiffness of sheet metal is optimized to improve the appli - cation level of sheet metal.
