摘要
采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对直齿圆柱齿轮的单终锻工步无飞边模锻工艺进行了数值模拟,分析了成形过程和模具载荷。提出孔分流法改进工艺,即对毛坯加工中心孔,改进后工艺降低了模具所受载荷,有利于减少能源的消耗,增加模具的使用寿命,同时提升了材料的利用率。
DEFORM-3D finite element software was used to simulate the single end forging process of spur gear, and the form - ing process and die load were analyzed. This paper puts forward the improved technology of hole shunt method, that is, the improved process can reduce the load on the mould, reduce the energy consumption, increase the service life of the mould, and improve the utilization ratio of the material after the improvement of the blank machining center hole.
