摘要 在全尺寸飞机结构强度试验中,协调加载控制系统对试验件施加载荷并实施闭环控制,保证加载精度的同时实现加载的可控性。连接各环节的控制线缆的好坏直接影响试验的安全性,为了解决控制线缆的故障检测问题,提出了一种检测方法,对其输出信号进行有效检测,能够在控制线缆接入控制系统闭环回路之前实现线缆完好性检查,提高设备可靠性,保障试验件安全。 In the full-scale structural strength test of aircraft, the coordinated loading control system exerts load on the test piece and carries out closed-loop control, which ensures the loading accuracy and realizes the controllability of loading at the same time. The quality of the control cable connected to each link directly affects the safety of the test. In order to solve the problem of the fault detection of the control cable, a detection method is proposed, which can effectively detect the output signal of the control cable, realize the cable integrity check before the control cable is connected to the closed-loop of the control system, and improve the reliability of the equipment in order to ensure the safety of the test piece.
