摘要
客车前围骨架焊接总成结构最复杂,焊接后的变形导致成品与设计状态存在较大偏差,文章描述应用关节臂扫描仪和CATIA三维软件,经过测量、拟合和分析三个步骤,研究制造精度的检测方法,以此提升客车的制造水平。
The welding assembly structure of front frame of passenger car is the most complex, and the deformation after welding leads to the great deviation between the finished product and the design state. This paper describes the application of the joint arm scanner and CATIA three -dimensional software, and through the measurement, fitting and analysis of three steps, the measurement method of manufacturing accuracy is studied, so as to improve the manufacturing level of passenger cars.
