摘要
以层次分析法为理论基础,结合城镇供水规范化管理要求及贵阳地区供水现状,建立规范化管理评价体系。该体系以原水安全、运行监管等8个指标作为指标层,对应水源保护制度及供水企业管理考核制度等28个措施层。通过各层指标的权重值计算,以实例验证,客观的反映了贵阳地区供水现状。
Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory, the evaluation system of standardized management of urban wa-ter supply is established in combination with the requirements of urban water supply standardization management and the present sit-uation of water supply in Guiyang area. The system takes 8 indexes such as raw water safety and operation supervision as index lay - er, corresponding to 28 measure layers such as water source protection system and water supply enterprise management assessment system. Through the calculation of the weight value of each layer index, it is verified by an example that the present situation of wa-ter supply in Guiyang area is objectively reflected.
