饲用酸度调节剂中苹果酸、乳酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、富马酸、丙酸的同步测定 被引量:6

摘要 试验建立了利用高效液相色谱同时测定饲用酸度调节剂中苹果酸、乳酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、富马酸、丙酸含量的方法,并采用Sepax GP-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)进行分析,流动相为pH为3.5的磷酸二氢钾水溶液,流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长为214 nm,柱温30℃。试验结果表明,在此色谱条件下,6种有机酸分离良好,平均回收率均>95%,RSD<4%。检测结果表明,该方法操作简便易行,准确可靠,可以快速检测饲用酸度调节剂的有机酸含量。 A method for the simultaneous determination of malic acid, lactic acid, acetie acid, citric acid, fumaric acid and propionic acid in the diet acidity regulator by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established and the Sepax GP-C18 column (150 mm×4.6mm, 5 m) was used for analysis. The mobile phase was a potassimn dihydrogen phosphate solution with a pH value of 3.5, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min 1, the detection wave-length is 214 nm, and the column temperature was 30 degrees. The results showed that 6 organic acids were well separated under this chromatographic condition. The average recovery was morn than 95% and RSD was less than 4%. The results showed that the method was simple, accurate and reliable, and could quickly detect the content of organic acids in feed acidity regulators.
