摘要
试验对江苏省某地雏鸭群中发生的传染性疾病进行鉴定,初步确诊为鸭病毒性肝炎。采集疑似鸭肝炎病死鸭的肝脏组织,分离病毒经鸭胚传代培养发现鸭胚变红,肝脏变性;抗体可被Ⅰ型DHV标准阳性血清完全中和;RT-PCR测定714 bp处出现了特异性的DNA条带;序列分析鉴定与Ⅰ型DHV标准毒株DRL-62株的同源性为97.1%,可以证明所分离的病毒株是血清Ⅰ型。
In this paper, infectious diseases in ducks of Jiangsu province were identified, and initially diag- nosed as duck viral hepatitis. The liver tissues of ducks suspected to be infected with duck hepatitis were collected. After the virus was cultured, the duck embryo became red and the liver was denatured; the antibody could be com- pletely neutralized by the DHV standard positive sera of type I ; the specific DNA band appeared at 714 bp in RT- PCR; the sequence analysis and identification with the DRL-62 strain of type 1 DHV standard strain were 97.1. %, it could be proved that the virus strains isolated are serotype I.
