摘要
种植基台是种植体与种植上部结构间的重要连接部分,具有支撑牙龈袖口轮廓,建立与周围软组织上皮结合,确立冠修复体边缘位置,协调修复体与植入角度等重要作用。个性化基台可依据缺牙间隙处种植体植入深度、咬合三维空间、牙龈厚度等解剖条件,调整基台穿龈高度、角度及冠-基台界面位置,以获得最适合的修复体形态,提高义齿美观性能及固位,保证牙龈健康。本文拟对个性化基台的定义、材料、制作工艺、设计依据及临床效果作一综述。
Implant abutment is the connection between dental implant and superstructure, which plays many roles in im-plant restoration, including supporting the emerging gingival profile, establishing the epithelial seal, defining the restoration margin, and correcting the restoration angle. Customized abutments tailor their emerging height and angle and the position of the crown-abutment interface according to anatomic conditions including the depth of implant insertion, the three-dimensional occlusion, and the thickness of the gingiva, in order to achieve a suitable restoration morphology and ensure the gingival health, improved retention and reinforced the restoration. This paper reviews the customized abutment in terms of its definition, product materials and manufacturing process, design consideration, as well as the clinical outcome.
