摘要
针对常规泡沫在延长组长6油藏条件下稳定性差的问题,研制了一种稳定性较好的泡沫凝胶体系,并对其进行了稳定性及封堵性能评价。优选了质量分数0.4%发泡剂FP388、0.3%聚合物AZ、0.3%交联剂T1、0.3%交联剂T2和0.3%稳泡剂CK2作为体系组分。泡沫凝胶稳定性评价实验结果表明,在温度80℃,矿化度10 000mg/L的条件下,泡沫凝胶半衰期能够达到12d,且在30d内泡沫凝胶黏度处于较高水平并保持稳定。所制备的泡沫凝胶体系注入及成胶性能良好,能够对中高渗油藏形成有效封堵。
Aiming at the bad stability performance of normal foam in the Yan Chang No.6 oil field,a high stability gel foam system was developed and then evaluated in the aspect of stability and plugging.Through comparison and selection,now the system is made up of 0.4% FP388 foam agent,0.3% AZ polymer,0.3% T1T2 crosslinker,and 0.3% CK2 foam stabilizer.The stability experiment of gel foam indicate that the half life of gel foam is 12 dand the viscosity of gel foam can stay at a high level,also remains stable in 30 dunder 80 ℃ and 10 000 mg/L mineralization degree environmental conditions.The foam gel system has good injection and gel forming properties and can effectively seal medium high permeability reservoir.
