摘要
传统的单筒双井技术为两口井共用一个一开井眼,受工具、工艺和技术的限制,表层中完井深较浅,且存在一开井段双井轨迹无法分离、扩眼易出现新井眼、固井质量差等问题,严重限制了单筒双井作业的顺利实施。为解决该问题,在分析现有技术优缺点的基础上,梳理其工艺难点及技术局限,从表层预斜、扩眼、套管下入、注水泥固井工艺、两井眼分离等关键环节进行改进优化,最终得出了一套切实可行、安全高效的单筒双井预斜扩眼技术。
In twin hole drilling,traditional technology only allows achieving an initial depth in twin hole due to limitations imposed by tools,processes and technologies.At the same time,there are some drawbacks,such as having two wells in one hole,making another hole when reaming and poor cementing quality.All these conditions make it impossible to meet demands of some wells.To solve these problems,based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing technology,combing the technological difficulties and technical limitations,the key points such as surface pretilt,reaming,casing down,cementing and cementing,and two hole separation are optimized.Finally,a set of practical,safe and efficient single barrel and double well pre-oblique reaming technology is obtained.
