摘要
随着精准医学概念的提出,靶向治疗成为心血管疾病的研究热点,外泌体作为机体天然的内源性物质,由于膜稳定性、靶向性等特点,成为高效的药物传递载体,同时外泌体包裹的microRNA在疾病的早期诊断、靶向治疗、血管新生等方面起到关键作用,为心血管疾病的预防和治疗提供更加有效的靶点。
With the concept of precision medicine,targeted therapy has become the focus in the cardiovascular disease. As the body＇s natural endogenous substances,exosomes become effective drug delivery carrier due to the characteristics of membrane stability and targeting property. At the same time,microRNAs packaged by exosomes play a key role in the aspects such as disease diagnosis in the early stage,targeted therapy,angiogenesis,and provide more effective targets for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
