摘要
溪洛渡电厂安全管理工作中的经验是,构建本质安全型电站从安全管理基础工作的全方位做起,从源头"建管结合、无缝交接",运行管理中提前制定可行的电力设备事故、防洪度汛等应急处置措施预案,并积极开展技术创新和改进工作,将事故堵截、消灭在潜伏与萌芽期。
The experience of safety management in Xiluodu Hydropower Plant is summarized. To develop a hydropower plant with intrinsic safety,the basic work of safety management should be done comprehensively. The construction and management should be connected and handed over seamlessly. In the operation management,feasible emergency treatment measures and plans should be prepared in advance for power equipment accidents and flood control matters. Also,technical innovation and improvement should be carried out to eliminate the accident in its incubation and germination periods.
