国外自动化泥浆防喷盒技术现状与分析

在海洋钻井平台中,泥浆防喷盒是自动化管道处理系统必备的设备之一,可防止泥浆液喷洒到钻井平台上,提高泥浆液利用率。详细介绍了国外石油设备公司生产的自动化泥浆防喷盒,其主要由泥浆盒和支撑臂等组成,按照支撑臂结构功能不同,提出了自动化泥浆防喷盒分类方式并将其分为5大类,主要包括翻转式、自支撑式、仿手臂式、水平伸缩式、嵌入式泥浆防喷盒。对比分析得出嵌入式泥浆防喷盒兼容性好、重量轻、占用空间小、能够适应不同钻杆,并指出嵌入式是自动化泥浆防喷器的发展趋势,提出刮泥器可作为功能模块嵌入自动化泥浆防喷盒中,且建议我国对于自动化泥浆防喷盒的研究结合国内钻井平台现场适用和实用性,形成模块化产品。

In the offshore drilling platform,mud box was one of the necessary equipment for the automatic pipe handling system.It could prevent the mud liquid from spraying onto the drilling platform and improve the utilization of the mud fluid.The automated mud blowout prevention box produced by external oil equipment companies was introduced in details.It was mainly composed of mud box and support arm.According to the different structures and function of support arm,the classification method of automatic mud box was put forward and it was divided into five categories,including turnover type,self support type,arm like type,horizontal expansion type and embedded type.The comparison indicated that the embedded mud box was the development trend of the automatic mud box because of its good compatibility,light weight,small space occupation,and adaptability to different drilling pipes.This paper also presents that the scraper can be used as the functional module in the automatic mud box.Meanwhile,it is suggested that the research of automatic mud box in our country should combine with the field application and practicability of the domestic drilling platform for producing modular products.
